Survivor 101
If you are expecting or parenting multiples under 1 year old, then Survivor 101 is for you! This small group, discussion-format is moderated by experienced parents of multiples who are here to answer your questions and discuss your concerns. Survivor 101 is offered right before every monthly meeting on the 3rd Thursday of each month (Sept – June), from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. We would love to see you there!

Dr. Friedman was a featured speaker at our NWAMOMC annual convention. She is a twin and a twin mom with a lot of wonderful, practical advice. Dr. Friedman has written several books for different stages of life as, or with, multiples.
